What counts as a defect?
A failed order or one delivered past its promise. Defects decay out of the 14-day metrics window as you deliver clean.
What does it cost?
Individual is free; Professional is $39.99/mo. No listing or per-quote fees — commission splits apply only on bound business.
Can I take Pearl customers off-platform?
No — customer data is for fulfilling routed orders, full stop. It's in the agreement you sign and the audit logs we keep.
Can I leave?
Thirty days' notice, your book is your book, bound policies are unaffected. Storefront history is preserved if you return.
