The service

Pearl is an insurance marketplace. We obtain quotes from licensed insurance carriers based on the information you provide, route your order to licensed selling agencies, and facilitate binding coverage you select. Insurance is sold by licensed producers; Pearl's automation acts at their direction and yours.

Your part

Provide accurate information — quotes and policies rate from your answers, and material misstatements can void coverage under carrier terms and state law. Keep your account credentials to yourself. Use the marketplace only for lawful insurance purposes.

Quotes and binding

Quotes are carrier offers subject to final underwriting and expire per carrier terms (typically 30 days). Coverage exists only when a carrier issues it — a quote is not a policy. Premiums are paid to carriers on their billing terms; Pearl does not charge you for shopping.

Marketplace conduct

Seller rankings are computed from measured performance and logged. Reviews must reflect genuine orders. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to manipulate rankings, or misuse customer data — seller obligations are detailed in the Seller Agreement.

Liability

We stand behind our process as described in the Pearl Guarantee. Beyond it, the marketplace is provided as-is to the extent law allows; carriers are responsible for their policies and claims decisions. Colorado law governs; disputes are resolved in Denver County.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date, and material changes get an in-app notice before they bind you.
