What we collect

Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone, date of birth), risk details needed to quote insurance (addresses, vehicles, property characteristics, business operations, insurance history), account credentials, payment method references (card details are stored masked — last four digits and expiry only), device session identifiers, and transcripts of concierge conversations.

How we use it

To obtain insurance quotes from carriers on your request; to route your order to a licensed selling agency; to bind coverage you choose; to send you service communications about your quotes and policies (which you can stop at any time); to operate, secure and improve the marketplace; and to satisfy insurance regulation.

Who receives it

The insurance carriers that rate your risk; the single selling agency your order is routed to; service providers under contract (hosting, email delivery, payment processing); and regulators or courts where the law requires. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or lead aggregators.

How it's protected

Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest; everything is encrypted in transit; access is role-limited and audited. No system is invulnerable, and we'll notify you of any breach as the law requires and faster where we can.

Your choices

Access, correct or delete your data by contacting us or asking the concierge; opt out of follow-ups with one reply; close your account at any time. Insurance regulation requires us to retain certain transaction records — we'll tell you exactly what must stay.
